Letter to Our Stakeholders

I am writing to share an update on the work across KIANI and the priorities ahead of us. We have been building deliberately across the group, making some work public and keeping other work close until it is ready. That balance matters to us. We would rather let the work establish the story than announce more than we can stand behind.

Work continues through Kiani Studio, KIANI AI, and MAISON ESQUE, each with its own direction. MAISON ESQUE now has a public home: its website is live, and we are preparing its first products for release. Our focus now is bringing those products into the world with the care the brand requires.

KIANI AI is where we research, develop, and apply artificial intelligence. We are studying how agentic systems and automation can become genuinely useful inside businesses, then turning that research into practical enablement. This includes agentic workflows, business-process automation, and systems that help teams spend less time coordinating repetitive work and more time on judgment, creative direction, and decisions. We are not interested in deploying AI merely to say it is present; we are interested in where it can create lasting operational value.

Alongside our ventures, we continue to work with organizations bringing products and ideas to market. That work can begin with positioning and brand direction, extend into product, engineering, and digital experiences, and continue through launch. Building our own ventures makes us more useful in that work; serving other organizations makes us more disciplined in our own.

The way we conduct this work matters. Good work and responsible work are not separate commitments. We also believe that where a person or company starts should not determine what they are allowed to build. Those principles guide our decisions at the group level, while each venture remains free to develop its own identity, direction, and ambitions.

In the months ahead, our attention is on the work itself: advancing KIANI AI research into useful systems, bringing MAISON ESQUE products to market, continuing the work of Kiani Studio, and delivering well for the organizations that trust us.
